No. We place a hold on you card. When the final cost is determined, you receive an updated invoice via email. 
Your card will only be charged once.

A standard turnaround time of 24 hours is FREE. 

Our Driver will send a courtesy text (1) hour prior to arriving for pick up/delivery. 

On the Schedule page, use the Pick up/Delivery Location drop down menu and select "Outside your front door". 
During Pick up/Delivery, you will receive a courtesy text (1) hour prior.
When our Driver collects/delivers your items, you will receive a text picture of the items as confirmation.

Commercial grade detergents and fabric softners are including in your order.

Without any specifications from you, we separate your clothes by whites/lights and darks/colors. We use commercial grade detergents and wash clothes in warm water, and dry on high settings. We do not add fabric softener or bleach unless you request it. 

We know that choice is important when cleaning clothes. Upon request, we offer Tide Regular, Tide Free & Gentle and Dreft detergents in addition to Free & Gentle dryer sheets.
You can include your own detergent. Please ensure it is tightly secured and labeled. 

We take extra precaution to ensure that items are not lost or damaged during our process. It is extremally rare that such things will happen. 
If it occurs, please contact us directly by email or call (646) 484-9274. If we can not retrieve or repair the clothing, we will issue a credit of up to 70% of the market value of the item. 

We aim to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible. With all of the variations involved, we determine the final cost of your laundry at our facility. 
Your card is placed on hold during this time and the invoice is emailed to you.
Payment for all items is due prior to delivery.
